Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable products
Some personal items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carmenrusso.info

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The following conditions of withdrawal or refund are valid for the courses managed by Carmen Russo Info

Right of withdrawal or refund for classroom courses and online courses with live lessons
If the minimum number of enrollments necessary for the realization of the course is not reached, the interested party will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid up to that moment at the end of the closing date for enrollments.
Only in this case will the cost of the transaction not be deducted in case of payments with PayPal. See art. 3.
As regards the refund of the participation fee paid by bank transfer, the interested party must contact the Secretariat and provide their bank details.
While if the student, due to reasons attributable to his responsibility, cannot attend the course, he will have the right to a refund of the fee paid only and only in the event that his renouncement is received by written communication (email, registered mail, etc. ) within 20 days before the starting date of the course, or the fee paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances if the cancellation is received after this deadline.
In case of registration beyond the 20 day limit established for withdrawal, or in the last 20 days before the activation of the event, the user accepts that any possibility of withdrawal due to his responsibility is no longer valid, or accepts that in case of unable to attend the course, will not be entitled to any refund.
The customer who has obtained a refund according to the provisions set out above will subsequently be prevented from purchasing the same refunded course at a lower price, if the price of the same, by virtue of specific discretionary promotions by Carmen Russo Info, is lower than the original purchase price.
Right of withdrawal and refund for video lessons recorded on external platforms
The procedures of the platforms hosting the video lessons will follow

In the event of a refund request, if the payment was made with PayPal, the cost of the transaction envisaged for enrollment and charged to Carmen Russo Info upon purchase of the course, will be charged to the user, or the reduced enrollment fee will be reimbursed of the transaction foreseen by Paypal for the course purchase transaction.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the clauses referred to in this disclosure are expressly approved, rejecting as of now any reciprocal exception.

La nostra politica di rimborso e restituzione dura 14 giorni. Se sono trascorsi 14 giorni dall’acquisto, non possiamo offrirti un rimborso completo o uno scambio.

Per poter beneficiare di un reso, il tuo articolo deve essere inutilizzato e nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto. Deve anche essere nella confezione originale.

Qualsiasi articolo restituito oltre 14 giorni dopo la consegna

Rimborsi

Una volta ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso, ti invieremo un’e-mail per informarti che abbiamo ricevuto l’articolo restituito. Ti informeremo anche dell’approvazione o del rifiuto del tuo rimborso.

Se sei approvato, il tuo rimborso verrà elaborato e un credito verrà automaticamente applicato alla tua carta di credito o al metodo di pagamento originale, entro un certo numero di giorni.

Rimborsi tardivi o mancanti

Se non hai ancora ricevuto un rimborso, controlla di nuovo il tuo conto bancario.

Quindi contatta la società della tua carta di credito, potrebbe essere necessario del tempo prima che il tuo rimborso venga registrato ufficialmente.

Quindi contatta la tua banca. Spesso c’è del tempo di elaborazione prima che venga registrato un rimborso.

Solo gli articoli a prezzo normale possono essere rimborsati. Gli articoli in saldo non possono essere rimborsati.

Scambi

Sostituiamo gli articoli solo se sono difettosi o danneggiati. Se devi sostituirlo con lo stesso articolo, inviaci un’e-mail all’indirizzo info@carmenrusso.info

I regali

Se l’articolo è stato contrassegnato come regalo al momento dell’acquisto e spedito direttamente a te, riceverai un buono regalo per il valore del tuo reso. Una volta ricevuto l’articolo restituito, ti verrà inviato un buono regalo.

Se l’articolo non è stato contrassegnato come regalo al momento dell’acquisto o se il donatore si è fatto spedire l’ordine per dartelo in un secondo momento, invieremo un rimborso al donatore e lui verrà a conoscenza del tuo reso.

Spedizione e resi

Per restituire il tuo prodotto, devi spedire il prodotto all’indirizzo comunicato via mail

Sarai responsabile del pagamento delle tue spese di spedizione per la restituzione del tuo articolo. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili. Se ricevi un rimborso, il costo della spedizione di ritorno verrà detratto dal rimborso.

A seconda di dove vivi, il tempo necessario affinché il prodotto scambiato ti raggiunga può variare.

Se stai restituendo articoli più costosi, potresti prendere in considerazione l’utilizzo di un servizio di spedizione tracciabile o l’acquisto di un’assicurazione sulla spedizione. Non garantiamo che riceveremo l’articolo restituito.

Le seguenti condizioni di recesso o rimborso si intendono valide per i corsi gestiti da Carmen Russo Info

1. Diritto di recesso o rimborso per i corsi in aula e corsi online con lezioni live

Qualora non venga raggiunto il numero minimo di iscritti necessario alla realizzazione del Corso, l’interessato a termine della data di chiusura delle iscrizioni, avrà diritto al rimborso totale della quota fino a quel momento versata.

Soltanto in questo caso non sarà decurtato il costo della transazione in caso di pagamenti con PayPal. Vedi art. 3.

Per quanto riguarda il rimborso della quota di partecipazione pagata tramite Bonifico Bancario, l’interessato dovrà contattare la Segreteria e fornire i propri estremi bancari.

Mentre se l’iscritto, a causa di motivi da imputare alla sua responsabilità non potrà frequentare il corso, questi avrà diritto di rimborso della quota versata solo e soltanto nel caso in cui la sua rinuncia perverrà mediante comunicazione scritta (mail, raccomandata, ecc.) entro 20 giorni prima la data di avvio del corso, ovvero la quota versata non potrà essere rimborsata in alcun caso se la rinuncia perverrà dopo tale termine.

In caso di iscrizione oltre il limite dei 20 giorni stabiliti per il recesso, ovvero negli ultimi 20 giorni prima dell’attivazione dell’evento, l’utente accetta che venga meno ogni possibilità di recesso dovuto a sua responsabilità, ovvero accetta che in caso di impossibilità a frequentare il corso, non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso.

Al cliente che abbia ottenuto un rimborso secondo le disposizioni sopra esposte, sarà successivamente precluso acquistare il medesimo corso rimborsato ad un prezzo inferiore, qualora il prezzo dello stesso, in virtù specifiche discrezionali promozioni di Carmen Russo Info, sia inferiore al prezzo di acquisto originario.

2. Diritto di recesso e rimborso per video lezioni registrate su piattaforme esterne

3. Diritto di recesso o rimborso per i corsi acquistati con pagamento PayPal

In caso di richiesta di rimborso, se il pagamento è stato effettuato con PayPal il costo della transazione prevista per l’iscrizione e a carico di Carmen Russo Info all’acquisto del corso, sarà addebitato all’utente, ovvero verrà rimborsata la quota di iscrizione decurtata della transazione prevista da Paypal per la transazione di acquisto del corso.

Ai sensi e per gli effetti degli artt. 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile, si approvano espressamente, reietta sin d’ora ogni reciproca eccezione, le clausole di cui alla presente informativa.
