NFT spiegati in modo semplice

Gli NFT sono come delle figurine virtuali che si possono acquistare e collezionare sulla blockchain. Immagina che le figurine siano come le carte di Pokemon o le figurine Panini, ma al posto di essere fatte di carta o di plastica, sono fatte di dati digitali. Ogni NFT è unico e non può essere replicato o duplicato, come se fosse la carta rara di un Pokemon che hai nella tua collezione.

 

Inoltre, gli NFT sono certificati e verificati sulla blockchain, che è una sorta di registro digitale pubblico e immutabile, quindi non puoi falsificarli o rubarli.La cosa divertente degli NFT è che puoi acquistarli, collezionarli e scambiarli con altri come fai con le tue carte Pokemon o figurine Panini, e alcuni di essi possono anche avere un valore molto alto.

Quindi, in poche parole, gli NFT sono come le figurine virtuali, ma al posto di essere fatte di carta o di plastica, sono fatte di dati digitali e possono essere acquistate, collezionate e scambiate sulla blockchain.

Gli NFT sono ormai in giro da qualche anno e sono una risorsa davvero interessante per tutti coloro che sono appassionati del mondo crypto. Chi li conosce già sa dove cercare: il marketplace principale per comprare o mettere all’asta token non fungibili è OpenSea.

Gli NFT sono token non fungibili che possono rappresentare qualsiasi cosa e che, a differenza delle risorse digitali fungibili come Bitcoin o Ethereum, non possono essere scambiati tra loro poiché sono unici. Per questo semplice motivo gli NFT sono preziosi: perché forniscono una prova di proprietà, un certificato digitale registrato sulla blockchain, sono spesso messi in vendita sotto forma limitata, e forniscono numerose funzionalità nei mondi virtuali e molto altro ancora.

Per acquisire valore un NFT deve essere prodotto e venduto tramite delle piattaforme chiamate marketplace e OpenSea è il più famoso tra questi. Il suo successo risiede in alcune caratteristiche portanti. È generalista, quindi aperto a qualsiasi tipo di NFT afferenti a diversi settori come arte, musica, oggetti da collezione e molto altro. È gas free perché è gestito sulla blockchain di Polygon. Permette di ricevere le royalty relative alle vendite successive dell’NFT.

Come vendere un bene reale attraverso gli NFT

 Il collegamento di un NFT ad un oggetto reale è conosciuto come “tokenizzazione di un asset”, il che significa che l'asset fisico viene rappresentato digitalmente sotto forma di un NFT sulla blockchain.

Ecco come è possibile collegare un NFT ad un oggetto reale

  • Scegli l'oggetto fisico che desideri tokenizzare, ad esempio una maglietta o un'opera d'arte.
  • Crea l'NFT che rappresenta l'oggetto fisico. Puoi farlo utilizzando una piattaforma NFT come OpenSea o Rarible, seguendo le istruzioni sulla creazione di un NFT. Puoi caricare l'immagine dell'oggetto e aggiungere una descrizione e un titolo per il tuo NFT.
  • Aggiungi le informazioni relative all'oggetto fisico, come la sua posizione, il nome del proprietario, le condizioni di spedizione, il prezzo e così via, nella descrizione del tuo NFT.
  • Una volta che hai creato l'NFT, collega l'oggetto fisico al NFT in qualche modo. Ad esempio, potresti scrivere il numero dell'NFT sulla maglietta o apporre un adesivo con il QR code dell'NFT sull'opera d'arte.
  • Ora puoi mettere in vendita il tuo NFT su una piattaforma di mercato NFT come OpenSea o Rarible, indicando che l'acquirente del NFT otterrà anche l'oggetto fisico corrispondente.
  • Una volta che un acquirente acquista il tuo NFT, dovrai coordinare la spedizione dell'oggetto fisico con l'acquirente.

In sintesi, per collegare un NFT ad un oggetto reale dovrai creare l'NFT che rappresenta l'oggetto, aggiungere le informazioni sull'oggetto nella descrizione dell'NFT, collegare l'oggetto fisico all'NFT e metterlo in vendita su una piattaforma di mercato NFT.

Formazione online Carmen Russo - Informazioni e requisiti per i tirocinanti

Prima dei nostri corsi online e delle sessioni di formazione private ti contatteremo per organizzare una breve sessione di orientamento con te. In questa sessione di 15 minuti ci incontreremo online per testare tutte le connessioni, assicurarci che tu abbia dimestichezza con l'adesione alla formazione online e descrivere il set-up per la/e prossima/e sessione/i.

Prima di partecipare a un corso di formazione online con noi, verifica quanto segue:

• Hai accesso a una connessione internet buona e affidabile

• Sono necessari due schermi, uno che esegue il software Rhino e uno su cui seguire l'istruttore (può funzionare anche avere l'istruttore visualizzato su un iPad/Tablet)

• Si consiglia vivamente un mouse a più pulsanti con rotellina di scorrimento

• Idealmente dovresti unirti alla formazione dal vivo con una WebCAM attiva più un auricolare con un microfono collegato per una comunicazione chiara

• Dovresti avere una configurazione comoda per aiutare la tua concentrazione

• Assicurati di testare la tua configurazione nei giorni precedenti la lezione, se desideri testare il collegamento con noi, faccelo sapere, saremo felici di aiutarti.
